• Best Tea and Dim Sum in Hong Kong

We came here looking for tea and dim sum (which we knew was like ordering appetizers) and were immensely pleased. The tea house was mostly full, but were were able to get a table quickly. Some of the staff did not speak much English, but were friendly and able to help us when we needed it. Our tea server showed us how to properly pour the tea and explained how the tradition worked. We really wanted to experience a tea ceremony in China, and this experience in the tea house was perfect for us. We ordered many dishes (wanting to try them all). Some were not available, but the ones that did come were well prepared, laid out nicely and very delicious. We were able to refill our tea pots as much as we wanted, and relax in the tea house for as long as we wanted. Updated from previous review on Monday April 06, 2015
