Named Nongna at time of writing, as others have said this is one of three all vego places side by side opposite Chiang Mai University faculty of Pharmacy. I had a deliciously dressed salad with own tons and a couple of other dim sum type nibbles (my apols that I don't know what that would be called in Thai. Bargain priced. Of the three this places is the only one that seems non 100 % vegan. There is certainly a big sign on the way in advertising Carnation milk
