In this area of Hamburg it is very difficult to find at least ´ok´ vegan things to eat. At the ´Salat Quelle´ you can be quite certain that you will find a good vegan variety. It is always a good and fresh salad you get there. But it still has potential to become a more vegan friendly place due to the fact that there are still one third just vegetarian which could be vegan easily.
