- So-so but who's to complain?
In a city where most people have never heard of vegans one must be thankful for any restaurant that serves our minority. That said, the food at Kushi Garden isn't really all that awesome. It's decent but pretty standard fare, the likes of which is also served at several other places around town, such as T's, Pure Cafe etc. Basically small portions combining some fake meat, some veggies and some rice. Competently done but predictable and gets old real fast. Certainly doesn't warrant more than a couple of visits per year. Gets crowded at lunch time. Updated from previous review on Thursday December 17, 2015 (changed it to two stars given how much better the competition has become in the past year.)
