- A nicer, sit-down, cafe experience
Each of Henderson's many locations is different. The Bistro is definitely more of a nicer, sit-down, cafe experience. The service both times we were there was OK, which is what I so often find in vegetarian and vegan restaurants: sub-par compared to non-vegan restaurants. One of the things Henderson's is known for is their vegan haggis (with clapshot on top and a wine gravy below), which was fantastic! Better service would have made it a great experience.
