- This place is incredible!
If you're in Antigua, just GO. It's a bit out of the way, but not hard to find... very close to Rainbow Cafe. The owner (whose amazing photos adorn the walls) has come up with a very creative Ayurvedic-Chapin concept that works perfectly with the space. Although there are a few meat items on the menu – mostly sandwiches – the menu is full of interesting veggie and vegan dishes. Some are made with ghee but have a coconut/olive oil substitute clearly marked, and the friendly staff – some of whom speak English – are all very knowledgable about gluten-free and vegan alternatives. Some highlights: the veggie tacos(!!), the dum aloo, the quinoa croquets and other quinoa dishes, great bagels, soups, smoothies. If this place were all veg it would be an easy 5-stars. Check it out
