• Never open on their opening hours, don't bother

It really pains me to write a negative review because I think the MOB brand does great burgers and sides, the best in Paris with VG (although their drinks are really on the expensive side) and I had been on numerous occasion to their other branch. Unfortunately my friends and I have now shown up at this branch 4 times and found it closed when they should have been opened according to their own opening times. Worst of all I'd even asked on facebook if they were open that day before showing up!! They were closed an hour and a half before their official closing time leaving us scrambling to find another vegan place to have dinner last minute. I suspect they just shut when business is slow. One of their managers got in touch with me after I complained to apologize which I appreciate but didn't even have the decency to maybe offer me a free burger instead going on and on and asking to speak on the phone or meet me (for what reason exactly?). It's laughter-worthy that they brand themselves as American, an American business would never have such poor customer service. Don't waste your time going unless you're in the area, they probably won't be open. (Just wanted to add as a side note for those who eat gluten-free that gf options are limited).
