Black Bo's is almost completely vegetarian and clearly targets the vegetarian market. It does though offer 3 or 4 dishes for any omnivores who may be eating there. Tasty food, I would rate this place higher below if it was 100% vegetarian. Very centrally located in edinburgh's old town close to the High St and North Bridge.
