- My favourite food stop in Edinburgh!
When staying in Edinburgh, I always stop at the Baked Potato Shops in the evenings, because it has such a convenient, central location close to the train station and the Royal Mile, it's so easy to have a meal here and the potatoes are just delicious! All the fillings are clearly marked, so it's easy to see what is vegan and what is not, and there are also vegan cakes and sweets. Unfortunately there is only one table, so it is rather a takeaway, but there are lots of public benches nearby, and sometimes I even take the potato back to my hotel and had it here, still being quite hot.
