The food and staff at The Bite are outstanding. I tried a vegan chorizo sloppy joe and a vegan tamale topped with bbq tofu. Both were excellent. 1 Sandwich or a tamale will fill you up. Gotta love Korean Fusion BBQ for lunch in KC. The are affiliated with FooDoo.
