- Wish I was a local!
On a recent road trip I stopped in at the Vertical Diner for lunch. It wasn't far from my hotel in SLC & the reviews made it a must stop. I had the Jerk Chickn Sandwich & chips & salsa - So good! The sandwich had great flavor & the salsa was homemade excellent! The funky atmosphere of the diner makes me wish I was a local - this would totally be my hangout of choice. I can't wait to visit again on my next trip to SLC!
