• My favourite in Chiang Mai

First of all the location of Aum is very impressive. Right next to Tha Phae gate, very central and accessible. I've visited this place frequently, so I won't tell you what I ate and drank every time. I'll just say that the food has always been superb for me. My favourite dish is the fried vegetables with rice, closely followed by the vegan burger (choose no cheese and mayo) with really chunky potato fries. They have a large menu, so you will be spoiled for choice. The vegan selections are pretty high too, so if you're a vegan like me you won't be struggling. I've been told the Indian salad is amazing, so test that out too :) Staff are always friendly, quick and courteous. Prices are a fairly high compared to a few places in Chiang Mai, but I do think the food is worth it. Sit upstairs if you can, really chilled out place.
