- Savory pancakes.
Taiwanese street food run by an older Taiwanese family. Super cheap snacks to go. About ~3Q for one of their savory pancakes. A bit hard to find if you're unfamiliar with Quetzaltenango (It's across the street from La Esquina Asiatica, you can find a map of Esquina on their facebook page) They sell soy milk but it is the Asian/Taiwanese kind so don't expect something akin to Silk/whatever your preferred brand of soy milk is.
