- Open late & everyday.
Food is just alright. I go mostly for the teas/frozen drinks, for a space to study at night/on Sundays, or to grab something when it is late and I'm feeling a bit hungry. Nothing is specifically listed as vegan but things can be made vegan (such as spaghetti with no cheese or a bagel with just peanut butter). You're going need to be able to speak a bit of Spanish to figure out what can be made vegan. Staff is super friendly. I noticed some postings on another travel site about being ignored but I've never had that problem. Since they've opened up the patio area it might be a little bit easier to get lost but it's never a problem to go up to the main counter to order/request something. Cafe has wifi but speeds can be slow depending on how many other people are using it. Updated from previous review on Saturday September 06, 2014 Update: They changed their menu in September and added meat to the menu (they were previously 100% vegetarian, and somewhat vegan friendly). Kind of a bummer but still worth listing since they are pretty much the only veg-friendly cafe open late and open on Sundays.
