- Tempeh and Tofu Sandwiches.
Staff is super friendly and this is one of the first places I went to which had vegan stuff in Quetzaltenango when I first came in 2013. Probably the only place in Quetzaltenango to get tempeh as of August 2014. Has a few vegan options, or things that can be made vegan. I usually just get the Tofu sandwich or the Tempeh sandwich (without cheese) on a bagel, to go.
