- Mixed menu and feelings
I have mixed feeling about Govinda. I've been there several times since it changed name and it always seems there's something missing. The Menu is very attractive, in English, with many options of different types of cuisine (Middle Eastern, Italian, Asian), Indian flavours being predominant. The menu might be a bit overwhelming at first as you might have a hard time to decide what to have. The portions have a good perfect and the food is generally tasty (home-made like), including starters and desserts. The restaurant is very small and even if it was bigger the cook would not be able to quickly deliver many requests at the same time (this is what happens in summer when there's a terrace outside and you might have to wait for an hour to be served). This might be due not only to the fact that they have one cook only, but also to the different choices on the menu. Ideally try to go there not at peak hours (which in Poland might be before 18h and after 20h).
