• Nice shop opposite Hildesheim University

This shop is a little far from the city centre but perfectly located for Hildesheim's students since it is directly opposite Hildesheim University. They have a small but well chosen selection of vegan meats, rice milk chocolate, vegan pizza, soy milk ice cream and vegan cheese. They constantly update their product range so there is something new to discover every week. They even have Tofutti cream cheese! If you are lucky you can get discounted items that are nearing their expiry date. What I especially like is their selection of books with ecological/vegan themes. They also have Khadi natural (vegan) cosmetics which I love and are hard to find in Hildesheim. The owners are very friendly and it is nice to see that this shop does so well (not only) thanks to the student population!
