  • Very decent place

They serve Chinese style and Thai style. They keep the cooking utensils separate because some people eating the Chinese style (for religious reasons) are very strict about purity. So, even the cooks are separate! Chinese style does not use egss whereas the Thai style can have eggs, as well as several things that the Chinese style avoids: garlic, onions, spring onions, chives. Prices are 40-45 for half of the menu while the other half is 60 - 70 baht. Different types of foods. Menu is only Thai but at least one of the ladies there speaks some English. Vegans can order food without eggs. There's no other animal products used in the food. I didn't ask but they probably don't use MSG. Atmosphere is typical of many very informal Thai places. This place is different from the Chinese style places in that it's all cooked to order - no food in trays that you simply point to. Mine took about 5 minutes though there was nobody else at the time - 11 am Monday. There were two cooks, and at least two or three servers when I went. As I left, there were two or three people standing, waiting to get their food, and go. Only brown rice. They're menu is divided into Fried Foods, Soups, Curries, Thai style salads, noodles, and a few other things that I don't remember. They have various drinks such as orange juice, and other vegetable juices that I didn't look into. The "healthy stuff". No snack foods, no foods in little packages that you can take away and nibble on. The people seems to have a emphasis on health. Lots of tables once you go to the back, past the small room with a few tables.
