We had heard many good things about Bolhoed but unfortunately it did not live up to our expectations. The food was ok, filling but not particularly flavourful, and the service was very slow. The place itself is nice and located in a beautiful area, with seating available on the Prinsengracht, so it's handy if you're walking around Jordaan.
