My boyfriend and I ate here one cold, cold winter in Amsterdam and loved it. I didn't notice anything particularly slow about the service. Besides, fast food is generally not fresh food. Things take TIME to cook. Anyway, I loved the food, staff was nice, definitely bohemian, and the decor was great. It reminded me a bit like The Gypsy Den in orange county back home, only a little nicer.
