Mesa Verde was excellent. It was listed as a "vegan and seafood" restaurant on their website. ??? FYI though, aside from the seafood the rest of the menu is NOT entirely vegan as we expected. But a lot of items are. And they were more than accommodating. Beautiful decor and ambiance. Very good, large plates of food. Gorgeous, super fresh (and super filling) salad before dinner. We'll be going to Luxembourg again [i]just[/i] to eat at Mesa Verde.
