We spent a few days in Dubrovnik and ate in Nishta three times. The food is excellent and the staff great. Just one point, if you are a very strict vegetarian the cheese is not veggie. We spoke with the owner chef, who told us that it impossible to get veggie cheese in Croatia, but he was happy to make any dish without cheese. We can certainly recommend Nishta.
