We loved the Margutta. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful, reccomending traditional-ish Italian food for us tourists, as well as giving a good wine reccomendation to the food. Vegan dishes were marked in the meny, and there were plenty to chose from. I ordered seitan escalopes with lemon/orange rice, delicious. Ideally I would have preferred some veggies added to the dish but from what I've understood from Ialian restaurant- cuisine, garniture is ordered on the side. We will definitively visit again next time in Rome :)
