  • Went here three times in one week!

I went to Rome over Thanksgiving, and I'm so glad that we found this restaurant on Happy Cow! The food was fantastic! I was particularly impressed with the cauliflower-almond loaf, which isn't really a loaf so much as fried veggie balls. The desserts on the Sunday Brunch buffet, like the upside-down apple cake, were also excellent. As a vegetarian restaurant, there are vegan options, but there were fewer than the friend I was with would have liked. Most of the entrees, especially on the buffet, include cheese, and there are no signs to label what the dishes are or if they are vegan. The decor was very modern, with a crazy orange and black couch in the foyer and teal walls. Also, the waitstaff was perfectly nice to us, even during busy brunch times. This restaurant is quite upscale, along the lines of Candle Cafe in New York City, so expect to pay somewhere between 15 and 50 euros to eat there. It was certainly more than I would normally pay for dinner most nights. However, the Saturday brunch was around 15 euros, and that is DEFINITELY be worth that price!
