I am yet to leave a review after just stumbling across this gelato shop a few hours ago but your review made me laugh because I can 100% relate and agree with exactly what you said. The pistachio is absolutely out of this world, I made my whole family buy one after I tasted how good it was and we literally just spent 2 months in Italy and tried so many gelateria shops there, pistachio has always been my favourite choice.
