Dear Holly, I’m truly sorry for the mistake that happened with your vegan order during your last visit. It was an unfortunate mix-up caused by a trainee who was helping with orders while we were short-staffed — but the responsibility is fully mine as the owner. I completely understand how disappointing this was, especially after you had enjoyed your first experience with us. We’ve since reviewed our order and kitchen procedures carefully to make sure this never happens again. Thank you for your honesty and for giving us the chance to learn from this.
