Hey Dansjo, thank you so much for taking the time to write a review :) Too bad we didn't match your taste 100%! What you described as "overcooked" is actually intentional in Ayurveda – it's all about digestibility. The softer consistency helps your body absorb nutrients more easily and is gentler on the digestive system. The minimalistic spicing isn't by accident either. In Ayurveda, we try to focus on the subtle, natural flavors of the ingredients themselves. Unfortunately, we aren't trained anymore to appreciate these gentler tastes, but they can be surprisingly nourishing once you tune into them. But of course we get it – tastes are always different, and what we do is also a bit different! Thanks so much again for sharing your feedback and of course – for giving us a try :)
