Dear Mary Bheine, It seems that you did not appreciate our food and we are very sorry for that. I invite you to read all the others reviews that are very positive and notice that you are the only one who did not appreciate... However, I am taking some time to answer to your review. First of all, you were the only person in the restaurant as it was a bit early, 5h30pm. We know that in some countries, people eat early, but we usually have more people after 7pm. Second, I don't know how you can say that we use canned vegetables, as everything we use is fresh from market : we buy our vegetables, herbs and spices EVERY morning. This assumption already show the bad faith regarding our restaurant. Third, you asked for no garlic, no ginger and no chili, and you did not get all of that. We use red pepper bell as decoration in your plate and that's it. If it was anyways too hot for you, you could have asked our cook to cook again and it would have been served for free. Fourth, the dessert we serve is a traditional Cambodian dessert. We don't use gelatin, but agar agar, and this is commonly used in Cambodian dessert. if you did not like it, fine. Fifth, the waitress was not sick. It happened sometimes that we sneeze without being sick and without staying home. Assuming that you would get food poisoning after eating in our restaurant is not fair at all as it gives only a bad idea of our restaurant, while we are a small social business that is trying to do our best to spread vegan food and yoga to the communities. The kitchen is surrounded by glass so you can see what is happening inside, you could have checked if you cared so much about the cleanness of the restaurant. We keep our space clean and hygienic, and we have AC for the comfort of our customers. We are really sorry if you did not like our food and hope you are not sick.
