Hi Ally, thank you for your review and feedback. As you mentioned it is our first year and certainly there is a lot of space for improvement. For example, we have already exciting plans for our rooftop for next summer. Our breakfast platters have been a great success so far and dishes as scrambled tofu and pancakes as you mentioned, are available for brunch. We'd be really happy to see you for brunch too. As we mention in our welcoming letter that you received upon check in, we kindly ask our guests to wash any kitchenware they use in their suites' kitchenettes. Last but not least, the beach bag (a gift from us to guests) was not missing. After our conversation we explained that we have run out of them and we were waiting for new ones to arrive from Athens since they are custom made. As promised, we will send you one via post.
