Thank you for your review ! So happy you liked it. It means a lot! To answer a few of your points, we are in fact working on a vegan eclair (just perfectioning the dough, we aren't satisfied yet, but they are coming soon!). As for the price, I absolutely understand it can seem high for the Tournedos. It is mostly due to the protein being used and the truffle. As we adapt to the demand, and get our operation organized correctly and effectively, we will work on those details. thanks so much for your kind words, support and comment
