It is wonderful to hear you enjoyed your visit. < br /> < br /> We have transitioned from a full service restaurant to a counter service bakery & market cafe in order to continue to provide the most nutrient-dense and clean sweet & savory food possible while managing the rising cost of organic produce and packaging so it is not passed on to our guests. < br /> < br /> We do our best to source eco-friendly packaging whenever possible, the high cost often gets passed on to guests in our pricing, so we try to strike a balance to offer eco-friendly packaging when possible.
