The machines are the classic old soft serve machines! Once they break, it takes weeks to find someone specialized in fixing these machines! Dairy free has been available almost the entire summer. There are instances where machines break or the supplier runs out of our base that is used for the homemade dairy free products.. things happen in small family owned businesses! I suggest speaking to a manger or calling us to speak about your concerns or allow them to explain WHY it was out!
