You nailed it, Tyler. LaSalle has a small population of only 9,000+ people. That includes babies and children, besides the adults. Most of our business are female who tell us they will NEVER get their man in here because of preconceived notions of what Vegan and Vegetarian foods taste like. At the rate we were going, we would've been shut down years ago. By adding a few meat options we are seeing more couples dine in with us now. And the husband always orders the meat dishes. It is the world we live in. Thanks Tyler for commenting.
