We are truly happy you enjoyed our food and our service😄 To answer your question: the Liège waffle is 100% organic ; the stracciatella ice cream is made with biological coconut and sunflower oil and biological soy protein sourced in Europe! Where we can we try to use biological ingredients. This is however not always possible as not all vegan products that we use, are biological. Warm regards and we look forward to welcoming you back!
