Hi Karen, Wow, talk about friendly fire... Please know that we take customer feedback very seriously... Maybe that's why in general we have such great reviews that you mentioned. Since there is little constructiveness in your comment to respond to I will just focus on the few things that might actually help other guests assess what our place is about before visiting. The Lasagna Omelette - I guess if you were looking for a basic tofu scramble you would be disappointed. We try not to offer food that people can easily make at home. But of course, flavor is a very subjective matter to respond to, although certainly a chef like yourself would know the difference between a rice paper and a lasagna sheet when used in a meal. Staff screw ups happen - we try to keep that to a minimum by doing extensive training. As it so happens, the week of your visit we were training a new staff member - it is likely that other members were walking her through the workflow or teaching her something causing some distraction and mixed up order. (We do focus more on training during the less busy times of day) Usually people would just leave a review and move on. Sadly we are still getting your reviews and comments across other platforms (IG, google) - obviously we left a strong impression. That being the case all Morning People staff would like to thank you - thanks a lot for deciding to not come back to our place. A few more visits by you and Marbella might be left with 0 plant based restaurants instead of 1...
