uksrc: Politically speaking (even if not technically), eggs ARE considered vegetarian - but not vegan of course, which excludes all animal flesh/animal by-products. Thankfully, absolutely *NO MEAT* is served at Sage, so I'm not sure why you mentioned it. Sage is one of the few veg*n-only restaurants in the Chapel Hill area with a great ambiance and tasty cuisine to boot! I don't work for Sage or anything, but I highly recommend it for all :)
