Neoma, thanks for giving us a try. Sorry if a few members of our team had coughing etc. We're a small business with 11-12 employees so we don't have vast employee base to draw from to stay open. We do send people home who are really ill. Not sure calling us "unsanitary and unprofessional" is totally fair though; ask the Washoe County Health Department or virtually any maintenance technician who's visited our restaurant; we have one of the cleanest restaurants in Northern Nevada without doubt. We spend a lot of money cleaning/maintaining and I personally take pride in having a clean restaurant. The last visit by the health department had zero findings; including safe food handling practices and the main auditor even hand wrote "Great Job" on their review form.
