If they had any ethical reason to be a vegan restaurant before I don't think they would be able to offer meat. That's not something a vegan compromises on. If I were to open a vegan restaurant and received hate I wouldn't suddenly say: oh no I should put meat on the menu because some people are unhappy with my restaurant...
