We have been offering dairy free flavors since we opened in 1995 and our dairy free options are, and always have been, in a separate case of their own, separated from dairy ice creams. The serving temperture is different. We also have scoops that are only used for dairy free optionsd becasue they handle/ scoop differntly. Had you asked our staff we would have gladly told you that before you wrote an uniformed review. In addition to that, we are hyper vigilent on allergen awareness and we will gladly get a 'fresh' scoop for any allergens to avoid cross contamination. AS far as our price goes, we are extremely fair on our pricing with our small at $5.25. I am not sure where else you can find fresh squeesed, quicly frozen (organic in this case)lemon sorbet for $5.25.
