Hi. The mention of the poster was relevant because that’s who I was speaking to. It’s relevant because if I was in fact speaking to THE CHEF, it seems incomprehensible to me that she couldn’t answer my questions about what was popular and what people liked at this restaurant. The poster is relevant because this woman is a representation of the restaurant, not only by virtue of her literal picture being on the wall, but also the service she provides, which was lackluster. You are understandably defensive of your team and staff, but this was an observation, not an attack. I couldn’t address my concerns at the restaurant because I don’t live locally, and visited this establishment in my travels at the recommendation of my peers on this app. While nothing I said was false (as I’m simply recounting the facts of my experience with the food and the service) , it was absolutely not, nor is it ever, my intent to be hurtful. Customer service and food quality are very important to me and both were sorely lacking at your establishment.
