We have never had a review like this. We have the entire encounter on video. Nothing as described in some of the social media posts are what happened on the actual video. We have never had someone with an experience like this but what I did learn is that Even though we are the only ones in this region that has an extremely large vegan menu, it's not worth this kind of hostility. I have tried to resolve the situation but there is no resolve, there's only multiple reviews from her as well as other fake accounts that she set up or friends she has. That's not someone who is trying to resolve something, that's someone who's trying to hurt a small business. Having your friends review somebody as well to hurt them is not someone who's a legitimate, honest person. We have done everything to accommodate everyone and this is the thanks we get.
