We just tried 3 of the 4 clearly vegan labelled dishes. Our verdict couldn't be more different, actually all of them tasted very good. A tiny bit oily, but given the fact, it is Sichuan (Chinese) cuisine, that's nothing you wouldn't expect. Bottom line, we liked the food and the one star seems a bit harsh.
