I truly cannot understand this sudden outburst of anger… Where did it come from? Looking closely at your case, I can see that both from our employee’s side and from yours, there was politeness and a smooth, understanding conversation. Even at the moment you left our shop, our staff member greeted you kindly, and you responded in the same courteous way. So I fail to see what could have suddenly changed your mind and filled you with enough resentment to leave a one-star review — a review that can only cause harm to a small business. I find it quite surprising, even in your case, as a quick look at your profile shows that you have left several one-star reviews for other places as well. Please be aware that when you are in a private space and wish to take any photographs, you are obliged to ask for permission beforehand. I don’t know which country you live in, but in every European country — and many others — there are laws protecting privacy. I’m not saying this for you to simply believe me, but so that you might look into it yourself, understand your rights, and also recognise where the line is between your freedom and another person’s privacy. As a vegan myself, I’m sure you know that veganism goes far beyond diet. It is a way of life — an expression of love and respect for the environment and for all living beings, including our fellow humans. That is why a one-star review without a real reason (and even in violation of Google’s own guidelines, since you neither tried anything from us nor were treated rudely) leaves no room for someone to improve. Instead, it signals only one intention: to harm, as an act of revenge for something that, from what I can see, never actually happened. Since you stayed in our shop for at least ten minutes, it’s impossible you didn’t notice how hard we work to serve our customers in the best possible way, and to offer something we love so deeply that we want our customers to love it in return.
