Regarding your concern about the orange juice, we use a juicer machine to extract juice from peeled oranges, we do not include the orange skin, as it adds bitterness. We regret if our drink did not meet the quality you aim for. As someone born and raised here in Puerto Princesa, we take pride in supporting our local market and suppliers. This is why our prices are generally lower compared to other plant-based cafés, we integrate locally sourced ingredients into our menu. Our goal is to make plant-based food more accessible and affordable for anyone looking to transition or maintain a vegan lifestyle.
