Dear Ruby, I am one of the owners and the man who served you. I am very sorry about your bad experience. The last couple of days were a bit stressful here; we had some issues at work (now fortunately solved). I was short, that's true, but I don't feel like I was "incredibly rude". Just not as nice and smiling as usual. (As you can see we only had positive feedbacks about the service so far.) Once again: I am sorry you had a bad experience; but glad you liked our products. :) Have a nice day! Bálint
