Emily- thank you for this review. We're pleased that you recognized that we're Cali-Mex and you discovered the nachos. The nachos are made with 100% GF white corn tortilla chips that we fry in a dedicated fryer. Black beans are MSG & Lard -free. Yu have me "seriously" thinking about ordering these for dinner!
