Hello! The kitchen was very much team work! There was a main cook for the hot food, someone else for the salads. She doesn’t reside in Portugal anymore. Thank you for the kind comment, it was a pleasure having made a difference to many people! I loved owning Paladar Zen seeing my vision and idea resonate with many! All the best
