I am sorry to hear of your experience. We gave it a go in July of 2025, they get extremely busy with only 3 waitresses/waiters managing the influx of the customers during peak time of peak season. I agree they may come off a bit rough with their initial customer service, but luckily we did not experience “sass or rudeness”. That being said, I cannot vehemently say that it was or not racism. They just did not have time to keep apologizing and explaining the delay. Our food came well prepared and presented. The servers approached us with warmth and grace. They did not slam down the order or mutter under their breath. (I can understand and sympathize both sides of the issue but I will side with giving them the benefit of doubt)
