Thank you for your review. As you can apply, we bake everything fresh and so later in the day the shelves will have less options. This, however, we feel is a good thing as it reduces food waste. Additionally, our bakers are in from 3 am in the morning baking everything fresh, hence the reason we open at 9 am and close between 2 and 3 pm depending on the day.
