I also agree. It’s not good. They should really just use firm/extra firm tofu for the egg substitute and either skip the sausage altogether or get something from Beyond or Morningstar. I’m happy that they tried to offer something and I appreciate the effort, but they’ve gotta consult a vegan on this one for sure.
